From a free call to a product in your name
The first step is a free 30-minute call with Viktor Kuzmin, where we talk through your idea and decide together what the right next step is. For most founders that is a paid scoping session that ends in a written plan. If you want us to build it, the plan becomes a fixed proposal, then working software you can use, then a launch in accounts you own.
The four steps
Every engagement enters through the free 30-minute call. After it, four steps, each ending in something you can hold: a plan, a proposal, working software, a product live in your accounts.
You work directly with Viktor, the lead developer, from the first call to launch. He's backed by a developer and a dedicated QA engineer, and we bring in a designer when a project needs one. Each step names who does it.

Scoping session
It starts with a free 30-minute call. If scoping is the right next step, we spend 90 minutes on your idea and write up what to build now, what to cut, and what to defer, with a stack, a cost, and a timeline you can take anywhere.
Viktor runs the call and the session and writes the plan.

Plan and proposal
If you want us to build it, the plan from the session becomes a proposal with a fixed scope, price, and timeline. No long sales process.
Viktor writes the proposal; the designer joins when screens need shaping first.

Design and build
We design and build in short cycles, so you see and use real software from the first weeks instead of status decks.
Viktor and the developer build; the designer shapes the screens; the QA engineer tests every release before you see it.

Launch and support
We ship to production in accounts you own, then stay on to monitor, fix, and improve the product as your technical partner if you want one.
Viktor stays your contact; the developer and the QA engineer keep releases flowing.
