Who we are
This site is run by Kuzmin Pty Ltd, a small software team in Brisbane, Queensland. In this policy, "we" means Kuzmin Pty Ltd. We follow the Australian Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988. Questions about your information go to info@kuzmin.com.au.
What we collect
- When you send the contact form: your name, your email, the topic you choose, your message, and your phone number if you give it.
- When you book a call or a session: your name, your email, the time you pick, and your answers to the booking questions.
- When we talk or email: what you tell us about your idea, your business, and your plans.
- When you browse: the standard logs our web host keeps, such as IP address, browser, and the page requested, and anonymous visit counts (see Cookies and analytics below).
Why we use it
To reply to you, run the call or the session, write your plan, quote for work, and do the work you hire us for. We also keep the business records the law requires. We don't add you to a mailing list, and we don't sell, rent, or trade your information.
Who else handles it
A few services run parts of this site for us:
- Web3Forms delivers the contact form to our inbox. It may keep a copy of your message for a limited time under its own privacy policy.
- Cal.com runs our bookings. If you book the paid scoping session, Stripe processes the payment through Cal.com, and we never see your full card number.
- Plausible Analytics counts visits to this site without cookies and without collecting personal information.
- Cloudflare Turnstile checks the contact form for spam, using signals from your browser.
- Our web host and email provider store the site's logs and the messages you send us.
Inside the team, only the people working with you see your details. We share them with our professional advisers, such as our accountant, where needed, or when the law requires it.
Some of these services keep data on servers outside Australia, including in the United States and Europe.
Cookies and analytics
This site doesn't set cookies of its own. We count visits with Plausible Analytics, which shows us which pages are read, where visitors came from, and their country and type of device, but never who they are. Services that load inside our pages, such as the Cal.com booking calendar on the Book page, may set their own cookies.
How long we keep it
As long as we need it to talk to you or work with you, and to keep the records the law requires. Then we delete it.
Keeping it safe
We take reasonable steps to protect your information from misuse, loss, and access by anyone who shouldn't have it.
Seeing, correcting, or deleting it
Email info@kuzmin.com.au to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it, unless the law says we have to keep it. We respond within 30 days.
Complaints
If you think we've mishandled your information, email us first and we'll respond within 30 days. If you're not satisfied with our answer, you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
Changes
When this policy changes, we update it here and change the date at the top.
