Terms
The terms for using this site and booking the paid scoping session. Every build, rescue, or ongoing partnership has its own written agreement, which sets the scope, price, and ownership for that work.

Who we are
This site is run by Kuzmin Pty Ltd, a small software team in Brisbane, Queensland. In these terms, "we" means Kuzmin Pty Ltd. You can reach us at info@kuzmin.com.au.
Prices
Prices on this site are in Australian dollars and exclude GST, which is added where it applies. A price marked "from" is a starting point: the price for a build, a rescue, or a partnership is the one in your written proposal. We may change the prices on this site, but never the price of something you've already booked or agreed to in writing.
The free call
Booking the free 30-minute call commits you to nothing.
The scoping session
We send the booking link for the paid scoping session after the free call, when we agree it's the right next step.
- Price: $500 ex GST, paid in full when you book.
- What you get: A 90-minute working session on your idea, in Brisbane or on a call, and a written plan.
- Timing: One week from booking to written plan.
- Moving or cancelling: With at least 48 hours' notice before the session starts, you can move it to another time or cancel it for a full refund. With less notice, or if you don't come, the fee isn't refunded. Use the link in your booking confirmation, or email us.
- If we cancel: You choose between a new time and a full refund.
- Credit toward a build: We take the session fee off your build price if you go ahead with us.
- The plan is yours: You can use it, share it, and take it to any developer.
Builds and other work
An MVP build, an app rescue, or a technical partnership starts with a written proposal that sets the scope, price, payment schedule, and ownership of the work. Once you accept it, that agreement governs the work, and where it differs from these terms, the agreement applies.
Using this site
What's on this site is general information about our services, not advice for your situation. We keep it accurate and current, but check anything important with us before you rely on it. The text, design, and images belong to Kuzmin Pty Ltd unless stated otherwise. You're welcome to link to any page.

Your rights under Australian Consumer Law
Our services come with guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law that can't be excluded, and nothing in these terms limits them. Where the law lets us limit our liability for a service, we limit it to supplying the service again or paying the cost of having it supplied again.
The law that applies
These terms are governed by the law of Queensland, Australia.
Changes
We may update these terms, and the date at the top shows the latest version. A booking you've already made stays on the terms in place when you made it.
