For most founders that next step is the MVP Scoping Session: 90 minutes on your idea, and a written plan within the week that says what to do next and what it will cost. If Technical Partner is the right move, that plan is the scope we work from, and we quote the price before any work starts.

No. It runs month to month, and because the code and accounts are yours, you can stop or hand over at any time.
What counts as a small feature?
Something that fits in the month alongside keeping the product healthy. Bigger work is scoped and priced on its own, the same way a build is.
